Refund Policy
1. Coaching Sessions:
* Payments made for one-on-one coaching sessions or packages are non-refundable.
* If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, it may be rescheduled (see Cancellation Policy below).
2. Workshops, Webinars, and Group Programs:
* Payments for group programs, workshops, or webinars are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by us.
* If you are unable to attend a program you’ve registered for, you may transfer your registration to another individual or join the next available session, subject to availability and prior notice.
3. Digital Products and Resources:
* Purchases of digital courses, e-books, or any downloadable content are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
Cancellation Policy
1. One-on-One Coaching:
* You may reschedule a one-on-one coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice.
* Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be considered forfeited, with no refund or rescheduling.
2. Group Programs and Events:
* Cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date may be eligible for a transfer to another session, subject to availability.
* No cancellations or transfers are allowed within 7 days of the program start date.
3. Cancellations by Transform with Tejal Desai:
* In rare cases where a session, program, or event is canceled by us, participants will have the option to reschedule, transfer to another program, or receive a full refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you are facing exceptional circumstances, please contact us at transformwithtejaldesai@gmail.com. Refunds or rescheduling requests made under exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.
